Job Description
The Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of the hotel's engineering operations, ensuring optimal maintenance, safety compliance, and guest satisfaction through efficient management of facilities and technical teams. This role requires strong leadership skills, trouble-shooting abilities, and a willingness to work different shifts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years building maintenance experience, with hotel experience preferred
  • College degree from accredited university
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work different shifts
  • Strong trouble-shooting skills in all areas of maintenance
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Proficient in basic computer skills as well as hotel systems
