Job Description
The Engineering Manager owns end-to-end delivery of Photon's managed services engagement, focused on vulnerability remediation, AO Comms execution, and AI-enabled modernization.

Requirements

  • Own service delivery from intake through remediation, validation, and closure.
  • Run operational cadence including intake windows, sprint planning, and SLA reviews.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, escalations, and dependency resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC, release, and change governance.
  • Lead team ramp-up, knowledge transfer, and capacity planning.
  • Drive adoption of automation and AI accelerators to reduce cost and risk.
