Requirements
- Experience managing and developing platform, infrastructure, or developer productivity engineers
- A strong technical background and current ability to contribute production code, infrastructure, and automation
- The judgment to evaluate architecture, reliability, security, cost, and delivery tradeoffs
- A record of turning ambiguous company needs into clear priorities and shipped improvements
- Experience improving developer environments, CI/CD, observability, service templates, or internal engineering tools
- Daily experience using coding agents and a clear view of where they improve engineering work and where human judgment remains essential
- Evidence that you have improved engineering throughput without lowering quality
- Experience hiring, coaching, giving direct feedback, and helping engineers grow
- Clear communication across engineering and company leadership
