Role OverviewWe are seeking people with strong customer support and technical skills to work as Engineering Operation Technicians in AWS DC Operations Engineering. The role involves troubleshooting problems, providing world-class customer service, and working with leading technologists around the world. The job requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
What You Will Do
Daily building rounds to monitor and record information from electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment. Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management System (EPMS). Perform rack installs and rack decommissioning, PM, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.

Requirements
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
