Job Description
As an Engineering Principal at HDR, you will lead the pursuit and delivery of work, influence culture, morale, and recruiting, and provide leadership in the Building Engineering Services Group. You will help design critical infrastructure that supports the digital age and shapes the spaces where people work, connect, and thrive. The role requires a passion for maximizing high-performance design within project constraints and protecting HDR's client relationships and project successes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • A minimum of 20 years of experience
  • Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board
  • Extensive project execution experience
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and standard design software
