Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience in manufacturing
- Proven experience leading products from concept through commercialization
- Strong knowledge of engineering design, validation, DFM/DFA, DFMEA/PFMEA, PPAP, and change management
- Experience with CAD, ERP, and PDM/PLM systems
- Strong leadership, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams
