Role OverviewCoordinates all engineering projects as assigned by the Engineering Manager or Director of Facilities. Acts as a site coordinator for construction and renovation projects, obtaining estimates from vendors. Participates in planning and design of projects, coordinating all meetings with vendors, contractors, and hospital employees.
What You Will Do
Performs assigned corrective maintenance, wears personal protective equipment when required, and demonstrates proficiency in operation and maintenance of all installed equipment. Complies with healthcare, federal, state, and local rules and regulations. Responds to project concerns/complaints promptly and efficiently, achieving appropriate solutions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be able to communicate in English, have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, and have a high school graduate or equivalent degree. An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement.
