Job Description
The Engineering Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline)
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
  • 5+ years of experience managing engineering or capital projects in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities
  • Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement principles
