Job Description
The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for coordinating engineering projects, processes, and cross-functional execution across the engineering organization, ensuring successful project movement from customer intake through engineering release and production readiness.

Requirements

  • Manage engineering workflows from project intake through production release
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations
  • Lead development and implementation of engineering stage-gate and handoff processes
  • Maintain engineering schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource planning activities
  • Facilitate engineering review meetings and track action items to completion
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and performance metrics for engineering projects
  • Identify project risks, scheduling conflicts, and process gaps and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering operations, project execution, and organizational scalability
  • Assist with engineering documentation control and process standardization
  • Partner with leadership to support operational planning and organizational scalability
