Role OverviewPlan, organize, review, and manage all engineering work products and deliverables to Saulsbury EPC Project Directors, Saulsbury Construction teams, and Saulsbury Clients on behalf of Saulsbury’s engineering project team.
What You Will Do
Define project objectives, oversee engineering quality control, direct project scope development, manage engineering budgeting/cost control, develop project execution plans, and provide effective communication.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of engineering project management, project engineering, or related technical leadership experience
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing design deliverables
- Working knowledge of mission critical systems
- Strong understanding of engineering deliverable development, design reviews, constructability, procurement support, RFIs, change management, and project controls
- Ability to serve as the primary engineering liaison with clients, project leadership, construction teams, vendors, and subcontractors
- Ability to travel to client offices, project job sites, vendor facilities, and construction locations as needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and other project management, document control, or collaboration tools
- Ability to read and interpret project drawings, specifications, P&IDs where applicable, single-line diagrams, equipment data, and technical documentation
- Impeccable personal and professional ethics with a demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and client service
- Professional Engineer licensure in Texas or the ability to obtain licensure is preferred
