Job Description
Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Superintendent to assist the Maintenance Manager in managing the maintenance engineering department. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory experience in industrial operations, maintenance or utilities operations and a demonstrated knowledge in Industrial Electrical wiring, motor control, PLC, equipment repair, and industrial equipment installation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven supervisory experience in industrial operations, maintenance or utilities operations
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Industrial Electrical wiring, motor control, PLC, equipment repair, and industrial equipment installation
  • Experience in the installation, diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment through troubleshooting
  • Experience or knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC), and Networking devices
  • Allen Bradley experiences a plus
  • Managing/overseeing a Preventative Maintenance Program
  • SAP experience is a plus
