Job Description
The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Engineering Department. They maintain facility and grounds quality, establish and train standards and procedures, and develop an inspection and preventive maintenance program.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a large facility or hotel
  • HVAC, and CPR Certification are preferred
  • Training in refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical is a must
  • Working knowledge of repair and maintenance regarding various codes and regulations
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English
  • Ability to provide legible written communication
  • Ability to accurately compute mathematical calculations
  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions
