Job Description
The Engineering Supervisor supports the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department, supervising engineering associates, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies. This role requires flexibility, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, 24/7 hotel environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Technical, trade, or vocational training preferred
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in building maintenance or engineering
  • Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, stand, walk, and perform physical maintenance tasks
