Role OverviewAn Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for shift coverage and possess strong trouble-shooting skills in all areas of maintenance. Prior building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred. A strong working knowledge of all major building systems is required.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot maintenance issues in guest rooms, meeting space, and back of house areas. Read blue prints and schematics. Work with a windows based computer system.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong leadership skills and a willingness to work different shifts are required. Good communication skills are necessary. Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Prior building maintenance experience
- Hotel experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
- Good written and verbal communication skills
