Job Description
AM General is seeking an Engineering Support (Industrial) - Temporary/Entry level candidate to assist in establishing and maintaining packaging requirements, labor, methods, labor standards, and production standards for service part distribution operations. The candidate will also support labor and material requirements for engineering changes and advocate for continuous improvement on process and engineering changes.

Requirements

  • Senior undergraduate student, recent graduate (Industrial Engineering or similar), or graduate student pursuing a Master’s in Manufacturing Processes, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering
  • Basic understanding of technical drawings and program knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred
  • Basic understanding of SAP and Team Center experience a plus
  • Ability to understand, interpret and apply various packaging and government standards for packaging requirements is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Office 365 is required
