Job Description
We’re seeking an Engineering Team Lead to join a leading company in the insurance industry on a full-time basis. The role is remote and located in Livonia, MI, with occasional quarterly travel.
Requirements
Lead solution design and hands-on development across backend, frontend, and integration workstreams.
Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into scalable, secure technical solutions.
Drive modernization initiatives and implement future-state architectural patterns.
Establish and reinforce CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and secure coding practices.
Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure high-quality delivery.
