Engineering/Technical Co-Op

The Engineering/Technical Co-Op supports the Business Unit's growth initiatives through demand forecast reporting capabilities and lead management. This position works closely with Product Management, Customer Service, and Operations to identify business opportunities, analyze commercial performance, and develop reporting capabilities that drive efficiency.

What You Will Do

Analyze historical sales, customer quotes, and order data to identify potential leads. Develop reports and dashboards that track customer activity, demand forecasting, and captured leads. Review Engineering and Sales processes to assist in automation for efficiency.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Math, Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• Prior internship, co-op, or project experience involving analytics, marketing, or business analysis is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within Excel
• Query language experience and ability to automate
• Interest in business analytics and probability forecasting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI preferred
• Experience working with large data sets and business reporting tools is a plus
• Ability to work effectively across functions and collaborate with diverse teams
