Role Overview

As an Engineering Technician I, you will perform general maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repair tasks that support the daily operations of the resort. You will work under the direction of resort leadership, assisting with projects across multiple trade disciplines while helping ensure an exceptional guest experience.

What You Will Do

Complete preventative maintenance, guest service requests, engineering projects, and resort improvement tasks as assigned. Perform general maintenance, including painting, caulking, drywall, and minor wall repairs. Troubleshoot and complete basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and fixture repairs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Zero (0) to one (1) year of maintenance, skilled trades, or facilities experience in a resort, hospitality, or commercial environment preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolds, and lifts while using appropriate PPE
  • Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and move 50 pounds or more
  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
