Role OverviewThis individual will be involved with cutting-edge Cable TV (CATV) head-end equipment and set top box technology. The role requires a high-energy, quick learner who enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced work environment. The individual will work with corporate teams to install and maintain CATV head-end equipment, prepare test procedures, and support local branches on technical requirements.

Responsibilities include working with corporate engineering and operations management teams, preparing test procedures, and supporting local branches on technical requirements. The individual will also analyze technical requirements, generate documents, and interface directly with customers.

- Understanding of analog, digital, and microprocessor circuits

- Familiarity with Cable TV (CATV) and Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification (DOCSIS) technology
- Familiarity with IP networks and Linux a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
