Job Description
Role Overview

As our Engineering Technician Supervisor, you will lead a team of engineering technicians supporting mechanical and electrical assembly, NPI product builds, and prototype equipment setup. This is a highly hands-on leadership role—you'll assign work, unblock issues in real time, ensure builds meet schedule and quality standards, and track and approve timecards and labor hours for your team.

What You Will Do

Directly supervise engineering technicians, own day-to-day execution of technician work, track and review timecards, labor hours, and overtime, coordinate and deliver on-the-job training, work hands-on alongside the team, partner with engineers, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You'll have the opportunity to lead a team, work hands-on, and influence product readiness, prototype quality, and the pace at which new products move from development into production. You'll also have the chance to develop and maintain reports, create a positive team culture, and maintain organization of development area and tool spaces.
