Role OverviewThe English/Language Arts Teacher will provide each student with the help, counsel, and learning experience needed to make progress toward educational goals established. The teacher will create a flexible instructional program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth, and establish effective rapport with pupils.
What You Will Do
The teacher will develop lesson plans and instructional materials, provide individualized and small group instruction, and create a classroom environment conducive to learning. They will also evaluate students' academic and social growth, keep records, and prepare progress reports.

Requirements
- Holds or is eligible to hold a N.C. teaching license
