We are seeking 2 dedicated Editorial Specialists for our English web novel business: 1 specialist for the Romance genre and 1 specialist for the Fantasy genre. The core focus of this role is to discover original works with commercial potential, nurture contracted authors, and optimize platform content supply based on regional market trends.

Requirements

  • Read and analyze a large volume of English web novels in the assigned core genre (Romance or Fantasy)
  • Identify and evaluate works with high commercialization potential for platform cooperation
  • Establish and maintain long-term, trusting cooperative relationships with contracted authors
