RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process dependent eligibility verification requests, review documentation, and support compliance audits
  • Assist with carrier billing reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and validate data accuracy using internal systems

  • Respond to Tier 1 inquiries from employees, HR, and broker partners on verification, billing, and benefits access

  • Troubleshoot basic system issues (logins, navigation, password resets) and escalate complex cases as needed

  • Maintain accurate records, support documentation tracking, and perform quality assurance checks

  • Participate in training, contribute to SOP updates, and recommend workflow improvements

  • Collaborate with team members and internal partners to ensure compliance, accuracy, and service efficiency


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in benefits administration, billing reconciliation, or customer service

  • Familiarity with benefits technology (DependentsAudit, Tabulera, Employee Navigator, bswift, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Excel (data entry, filtering, formulas) and CRM/ticketing systems (e.g., Zoho)

  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Completion of internal training programs with active engagement in professional development

  • Commitment to ongoing education, certifications, and staying informed on industry trends


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This job is fully remote. Preference to Central or Eastern time zones. 

Anticipated annual pay range is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.
