Role OverviewAn Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for the overall logistics of the before school or after school program at a site. They ensure a safe, fun, and positive environment for participants and staff, and oversee the daily program's operations.
What You Will Do
The Enrichment Coordinator will inspire and coordinate daily program schedules, manage staff schedules, and provide positive customer service. They will also communicate with parents/guardians and staff, and participate in staff development trainings.

Requirements
- 1+ years' experience supervising a group of children in a school or recreational setting
- 1+ years' experience supervising or leading a team and/or a group of children in a school or recreational setting
- Good oral and written communication
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn
- Ability to use a smartphone for work-related business
- Must successfully pass an assessment test evaluating skills in math, reading comprehension, and spelling
