Enrollment + Partnerships Manager

Requirements

• Manage the end-to-end registration processes using Launch's enrollment systems
• Manage customer accounts, including receivables and credits/refunds
• Act as the primary liaison for parent concerns, schedule changes, and general inquiries
• Identify and attend community events and school fairs to represent the Launch brand and generate new interest in Launch's programs
• Draft and schedule email newsletters and community updates, while organizing digital assets (photos/testimonials) for use in promotional materials
• Manage social media postings and provide support of advertising initiatives, both print and online
