Enrollment Manager job description: lead team of Enrollment Coaches, drive strong enrollment performance, and support growth of Enrollment Services organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year of enrollment experience required with Leadership experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding enrollment and conversion goals
  • Proven ability to coach individuals to improved performance
  • Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and enrollment reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
