Enrollment Specialist

The Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for enrolling consumers at walk-in locations throughout the city, meeting with consumers, reviewing documents, and gathering information for the enrollment and application process. The role requires confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive documents. The Enrollment Specialist will also be responsible for answering questions, providing information, and navigating the enrollment database.

What You Will Do

Verify and enroll participant referrals daily, review consumer documents for completeness, navigate the enrollment database, scan documents, data enter demographic and relevant consumer information, and finalize and submit completed applications.

The ideal candidate will have high school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community-centered activities, or equivalent education and/or experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive documents.
