Role OverviewWe are seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer with experience with Front End technologies, as well as strong UI proficiency to join a small, high-impact development team. The role will give you the opportunity to have an outsized impact on how our organization operates. You’ll work as a hands-on engineer on a close-knit team, helping to design and build modern, scalable applications with polished, intuitive user interfaces.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, maintain, and enhance complex, full-stack software systems based on documented requirements. Implement features end-to-end, from UI through backend services and data stores.

Requirements
- Twenty (20) years’ of relevant experience in software engineering, modernization, or solution architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or Physics is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities within client environment.
- Strong software development skills with Java, Python, Object Oriented Programming concepts and patterns.
- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Experience in the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) that includes Requirements Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Implementation, Maintenance with the Agile Methodology
