Astronomer is seeking a motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their data orchestration needs, and providing tailored solutions through their unified DataOps platform. The role involves full-cycle sales, building customer relationships, identifying and qualifying new opportunities, and delivering compelling proposals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, data platforms, or cloud-based solutions
  • 2+ years of face-to-face field experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in high-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of data orchestration, analytics, and related technologies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter attitude with a high level of drive and accountability
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms
