Job Description
Kahuna is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to lead and grow strategic relationships with Fortune 1000 clients in Oil & Gas, Utilities, and other asset-intensive industries. This role focuses on managing complex accounts, driving engagement, retention, and growth, serving as a strategic advisor and aligning the SaaS platform with customer needs. The ideal candidate will understand the operational realities and strategic priorities of heavy industry clients.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management or strategic SaaS sales
  • Deep experience selling into or managing accounts within Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, or similar heavy industries
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into solutions
  • Experience navigating complex buying cycles
  • Highly collaborative with strong internal leadership
  • Naturally curious and customer-obsessed
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
