Job Description
The Enterprise Applications Manager will lead and oversee multiple enterprise technology platforms, providing strategic alignment, operational excellence, and value delivery across enterprise application ecosystems.

Requirements

  • Provide direct leadership and management for ServiceNow, Microsoft Enterprise Technologies, and Enterprise Application Services teams.
  • Oversee enterprise application platforms including ServiceNow, M365, Entra ID, and related services.
  • Facilitate and own Application Governance Meetings in partnership with technology directors.
  • Establish and enforce governance, standards, and best practices across platforms.
  • Track and report service health, metrics, and performance to leadership.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and vendor investment planning.
  • Partner closely with infrastructure, security, network, endpoint, and business teams.
