Job Description
Siena is a startup that's creating an operating system of AI agents that learn, remember, and act across every customer touchpoint. They're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to build pipeline, prospect into target e-commerce accounts, and book meetings that turn into six and seven figure deals.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in BDR/SDR role, consistently hit or exceeded quota (110%+ attainment)
  • Experience prospecting into $100k+ deal sizes
  • Comfortable with outbound and social selling
  • Can write hyperpersonalized compelling messages that get responses
  • Research skills - you dig into companies and find angles
  • Organized - you manage your own pipeline without hand-holding
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a startup, things change fast, you figure it out
