Enterprise Client Implementation Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Workers’ Compensation experience required
• Significant experience in a Workers’ Compensation claims role required, with demonstrable understanding of: Insurance carrier operations, Third party administrator (TPA) models, Employer program structures and expectations
• Direct, customer-facing experience implementing Workers’ Compensation products and services required
• Experience supporting or leading implementations for enterprise level clients in complex operating environments
