Role OverviewWe are seeking a Creative Technologist to join our team at the intersection of creative strategy, brand execution, and emerging AI technology. This is a highly hands-on, enterprise-level, and client-facing role operating in an embedded lab environment alongside creative, brand, studio, and vendor teams.
What You Will Do
The Creative Technologist will lead the implementation, configuration, testing, and governance of AI-powered creative workflows and automation. Responsibilities include translating creative and business team requests into scoped, testable GenAI workflow builds, building and configuring AI agents and pipelines, and working directly with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience building, configuring, or operating enterprise GenAI workflows, pipelines, agents, or automation systems
- Hands-on experience with node-based, graph-based workflow editors, or visual logic builders
- Experience configuring GenAI prompts, workflows, agents, and model selection across multiple GenAI models
- Proven ability to translate business and creative requirements into structured, testable workflows with defined success criteria
- Experience evaluating and optimizing AI-generated outputs against defined quality standards, acceptance criteria, or KPIs
- Proven experience operating in a client-facing or senior stakeholder-facing role within an enterprise, corporate environment, agency, or consultancy
