Role OverviewThe Enterprise Cybersecurity Manager will lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives from strategy through execution, aligning defensive operations, RMF activities, compliance efforts, and governance functions with organizational priorities. In this role, you will translate mission needs into actionable security plans, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, mature capabilities and processes, manage risks and performance metrics, and ensure cybersecurity tools, documentation, and practices are consistently executed, continuously improved, and effectively integrated across the enterprise.
What You Will Do
You will serve as a cybersecurity subject matter expert, partnering with technical teams, business stakeholders, and mission leaders to translate complex requirements into actionable guidance and capability improvements. You will identify resource, knowledge, and communication gaps, foster collaboration across teams, and ensure cybersecurity policies, procedures, playbooks, and knowledge-base artifacts are consistently developed, maintained, and refined to support operational readiness.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Information Security operations and/or cybersecurity roles such as CISO, ISSO, ISSM, Incident Response, CND, SCA, ISSE, or similar.
- TS/SCI clearance required with ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph
- Must meet DoD 8140/CSWF for 722-Advanced or be willing to obtain the appropriate credential within 6 months
- Cyber Architect 3 - 7 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- Cyber Architect 4 - 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
