Role OverviewThe Enterprise Data & AI Governance Analyst is responsible for fostering the integrity, accuracy, and usefulness of the organization's data assets and facilitating the responsible use of analytic and AI solutions. The position partners with business and technical stakeholders to ensure Data and AI environments and ecosystems are sustained and comply with industry regulations, legal and ethical mandates, and corporate policies.
What You Will Do
Develop, maintain, execute, and manage governance deliverables, define and monitor key performance and risk indicators, support the creation of a data-driven culture, and develop data profiling methods.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other STEM related degree
- 5+ years of related data governance, AI governance, or data strategy experience
- Extensive knowledge and consistent utilization of data management, analytic, and AI governance processes
- Ability to plan and lead solution delivery using SDLC and project management methods
- Ability to perform work under minimal supervision
- Ability to handle complex issues and problems and refer only the most complex issues to higher-level staff
