Role OverviewLES is looking for an experienced data professional to play a critical role in shaping how we manage and use data across our electric utility. As Principal, Enterprise Data Management, you will work across business and technology teams to strengthen enterprise data practices, integrate data considerations into projects and technology decisions, and help ensure trusted, useful data is available to support operations, analytics, and decision-making.
What You Will Do
Responsible for advancing enterprise data management practices across LES through cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and integration with business and technology processes. Works across organizational boundaries to help operationalize the enterprise data strategy, improve visibility into data assets and dependencies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field
- Seven years of progressively responsible experience in one or more of the following areas: enterprise applications, data management, business analysis, business intelligence, enterprise architecture, process improvement, project delivery, utility operations, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and influencing organizational outcomes without direct authority
