Enterprise Engagement Manager

The Engagement Manager oversees a portfolio of enterprise customer implementations, driving successful delivery across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating cross-functional internal teams, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring customer objectives are achieved on time and within scope.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage multiple enterprise implementation programs simultaneously, develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, act as the primary point of coordination between customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams, drive program governance, and proactively identify delivery risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise project or program management experience
• preferably within SaaS, technology, or professional services environments
• demonstrated success managing complex enterprise implementations involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• strong understanding of PMI methodologies, project lifecycle management, governance frameworks, risk management, and change management principles
• experience creating and managing detailed implementation plans, stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and delivery governance structures
• exceptional organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• ability to influence without direct authority and effectively navigate complex organizational environments
• strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
• experience working directly with enterprise-level customers and executive stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification strongly preferred
