Role OverviewUnder close supervision, provide support for HCMC applications throughout the systems life cycle and serve as a liaison with operational owners / customers. Actively engage in ongoing skills development.
What You Will Do
Participate in the management of complete lifecycle for small/medium supported applications, find and analyze error logs, understand security best practices, evaluate and modify configuration components, and provide first-line support.
