Role OverviewThis full-time role will work days and primarily work remotely. The Enterprise Engineer Intermediate will provide exceptional support for HCMC applications throughout the system's life cycle and serve as a liaison with operational owners/customers.
What You Will Do
Manage the complete lifecycle of medium/large supported applications, including implementations, maintenance, upgrades, and retirements. Provide first/second-tier support and troubleshooting for functional/analytical/technical support tickets.

Requirements
- Associates of Arts (AA) or Bachelor's degree

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Ability to explain or demonstrate technology in a manner suited to the audience
- Understanding and ability to evaluate and modify configuration components (.ini/xml files)
- Ability to translate technical terminology and concepts to non-technical team members
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Ability to review proprietary interface engine messages
- Familiarity with Citrix published applications and how to maintain and support
