Role OverviewWe're hiring a Staff Product Manager to own Replit's enterprise product end to end. The work now is making it just as powerful inside a big company, where putting it in front of every non-technical employee unlocks enormous leverage.
What You Will Do
Own the enterprise roadmap end to end, make Replit Agent the best in the world at solving business problems for non-technical users, build the enterprise platform, drive land-and-expand, and partner cross-functionally.

Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 focused on enterprise products
- Fluency with IT and admin buyer personas and what they need to adopt and roll out software at scale
- Excellent communication and cross-functional skills, with a track record of moving work forward across engineering, design, sales, and security
- Strong technical judgment
