Job Description
Early Warning is seeking a Sr. Risk Manager to support its Enterprise Risk Management Program. The successful candidate will contribute to the execution, monitoring, maintenance, and development of the Company's Enterprise Risk Management Program. They will lead the effort in identifying, measuring, and analyzing risk data, and communicate control and risk mitigation recommendations.

Requirements

  • Synthesize risk data from multiple sources to identify cross-functional implications
  • Lead the effort in identifying, measuring, and analyzing KRI/KPI metrics for the delivery of risk reporting
  • Contribute to the development, execution, and reporting of the annual enterprise risk assessment
  • Assist the Director of Enterprise Risk Management with facilitating the enterprise risk appetite
  • Lead and facilitate ERM Risk and Control Self-Assessments
  • Build and maintain ERM Policies, Standards, and Procedures
  • Educate and train employees in the company's risk management program and policies
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the business units and departments
  • Identify and implement processes improvement efforts
  • Lead other various enterprise risk management projects
