Job Description
Lead the development and execution of an enterprise compliance program to strengthen the company’s management of compliance risks and exposures. Strategically expand the visibility and effectiveness of the enterprise compliance program throughout the company.

Requirements

  • Manage the planning, development, and execution of enterprise compliance program and associated processes
  • Develop, manage, and update policies, communications, and training materials regarding corporate compliance
  • Monitor compliance issues, conduct compliance risk assessments and audits
  • Develop and maintain compliance metrics and trend analytics
  • Develop compliance reporting for brand leadership, senior management, and the board of directors
  • Evaluate regulatory and industry standards and trends for impact
  • Support and/or lead investigations into compliance issues and violations
