Role OverviewAs a GTM technical expert, you will own the end-to-end technical pre-sales process, scoping customer use cases, articulating business value, designing and demoing Sierra's platform, leading technical and architecture reviews, and serving as the trusted technical expert throughout the sales cycle. You will work directly with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams to drive the GTM function and continuously improve our Agents through customer-driven product development.

You will lead and support our customers, understanding and anticipating their needs to continue our industry-leading AI solution. You will connect a prospect's specific business problems and Sierra's solutions, explaining them to both a technical and non-technical audience. You will leverage AI tools efficiently as a regular part of your technical sales motion.

Requirements
- Professional fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English
- 5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales
- Experience in demo building, presenting, and working with customers or clients in the GTM function
- Experience in relationship-building with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders
- Ability to connect a prospect's specific business problems and Sierra's solutions and explain them to both a technical and non-technical audience
- Ability to leverage AI tools efficiently as a regular part of your technical sales motion
- Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
