Role Overview

The Enterprise Sales Executive will cover regional and community banks and credit unions across the north east, building UiPath's presence with these institutions and their leadership teams. They work every day across the C-Suite, Digital Transformation, AI/Automation COE's, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver value through UiPath's automation and AI platform.

What You Will Do

Assess territory potential and develop a sales strategy to maximize UiPath revenue across regional bank and credit union accounts. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedules. Evangelize the UiPath brand by presenting, promoting, and selling UiPath solutions through a value-selling approach tailored to the resource constraints and priorities of mid-sized financial institutions.

7+ years of solution/value selling experience, 3+ years of enterprise account experience selling to regional banks, community banks, and/or credit unions preferred. Demonstrated expertise communicating artificial intelligence capabilities, ROI metrics, and implementation strategies to C-suite executives, Digital Transformation teams, and AI Centers of Excellence at mid-sized financial institutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of solution/value selling experience
  • 3+ years of enterprise account experience selling to regional banks, community banks, and/or credit unions preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise communicating artificial intelligence capabilities, ROI metrics, and implementation strategies to C-suite executives, Digital Transformation teams, and AI Centers of Excellence at mid-sized financial institutions
  • Ability to translate complex AI and automation concepts into business outcomes such as cost reduction, improved controls, faster loan and account processing, risk mitigation, and enhanced member/customer experience
  • Familiarity with regional banking and credit union priorities such as regulatory compliance (FDIC, OCC, state banking departments, NCUA), fraud prevention, KYC/AML/BSA, audit readiness, core banking system integration, loan origination and servicing, deposit operations, and member/customer onboarding
  • Ability to communicate new and complex concepts in an easy-to-understand way that creates strong demand for the solution
  • Successful year-over-year quota attainment and experience growing an enterprise client portfolio
  • Proven success consistently selling new business and new logos
  • High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence internally and externally
  • Ability to navigate complex client organizations and develop key relationships across multiple departments and leadership levels, including the C-suite and board-level stakeholders common at community banks and credit unions
  • Ability to provide valuable insights into improving customers' business operations
  • Research and data-driven approach to account planning, with the ability to proactively identify opportunities from business-led discussions
