Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic and creative individual to lead our Training-as-a-Service (TaaS) Learning Services Team. As the Enterprise Systems Value Stream Training Lead, you'll oversee the development of innovative learning solutions, apply adult learning best practices, and optimize user adoption of enterprise systems and digital technologies. This is a remote position based in the US.
Requirements
Consult with Operational and Business, IT/Technical, and other relevant subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess and define the learning needs
Work with client to define curriculum review and approval process
Manage individual training teams consisting of Instructional Designers and Training Developers
Provide coaching and development, team leadership, and project management for assigned work efforts
Examine process and system documentation, then consult with the software implementation team members and subject matter experts to assess and define the training needs
Define training documentation and quality standards based on the given Training Documentation tools, Learning Management System, and customer requirements
Developing and maintaining the training work stream resource plan
Planning and managing development and delivery of the training curriculum
Provide input to ISG Training as a Service (TaaS) practice methodologies, tools and templates as well as provide feedback and lessons learned for the continuous improvement of the ISG Training practice
