Job Description
The Enterprise Technical Program Lead is a key partner within the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) Program, leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives supporting NMLS. This position ensures delivery is aligned with business objectives, technical feasibility, security, and operational excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is strongly preferred
PMP or PgMP is required
Additional certifications such as ITIL or Scrum Master are a plus
Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive IT program and portfolio leadership experience
Experience working directly with executive leadership and governing bodies (e.g., Board members, committees) to shape strategy, present outcomes, and drive consensus on enterprise delivery priorities
Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and complex vendor ecosystems, with accountability for fiscal discipline and return on investment (ROI)
Experience leading or supporting AI-enabled technology initiatives, including automation, analytics, or intelligent decision systems
