Job Description
Enterprise Technology Services Specialist supports the stability, reliability, and performance of Bloomberg solutions in clients' production environments, collaborating with global teams to resolve issues, prevent incidents, and improve client experience.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role within the financial services industry
  • Background in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience within financial markets
  • Hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and TCP/IP networks
  • Experience working with one or more financial data or messaging protocols such as FIX, MQ, SFTP, or Web APIs
