Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level Entertainment Transactions Associate Attorney to join an Am Law 100 firm with a premier Entertainment and Media Transactions practice in Century City. The ideal candidate will have experience and interest in handling a variety of sophisticated transactions within the entertainment industry.
Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
Admission to the California Bar (or eligibility to waive in)
3–7 years of relevant law firm experience in M&A, financing, and/or entertainment transactions
Genuine passion for the entertainment and media space
