Role OverviewAs an Entitlement Eligibility Specialist, you will manage and operate systems to track benefit applications and appeals processes, providing consumers with options and explaining possible consequences. You will act as a liaison between consumers and governmental agencies, educating them to advocate for themselves.
What You Will Do
Maintain confidentiality, screen consumers for eligibility, assist with applications, travel to agencies, and prepare reports. You will also review and process mail/documents, notify department members of emergencies, and provide in-service training.

Requirements
- Associate Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Valid New York State driver's license and possession of a vehicle
